Here, every day, along with the wind and the scent of the Adriatic, arrives the fresh catch that Chef Maurizio Ostuni carefully selects for his dishes.
In the dining room, Giovanni Ostuni will welcome you and recommend the daily specials, perfectly paired with the finest wine from the rich cellar.
The menu adapts to the day’s catch—only what the sea has provided is cooked here.
Make yourselves comfortable—Giovanni will bring you a large tray filled with the finest fish, shellfish, and mussels for you to choose from, all served fresh at your table.
The chef’s creations are deeply rooted in Apulian tradition, blending flavors from both land and sea, combining a love for the region with the desire to craft new and exciting dishes.

La Locanda sul Porto was created to be a welcoming place, where a warm and informal atmosphere blends with the elegance of the space and the attention to detail in every dish.
Thirty indoor seats, spread over two floors, with stone-vaulted ceilings and walls that are true works of art.
The restaurant welcomes its guests into a space where every detail is carefully curated: comfortable seating and sofas, intimate corners immersed in shades of white and anthracite gray, all enhanced by the stunning artistic decorations of Conversano painter Pinto, specially created for this sea-inspired setting.
During the summer, La Locanda also offers thirty seats in the outdoor area overlooking the port.
